Conceptualization:
The interiors were developed with a focus on minimalism, functionality, and adaptability to suit a rental context. The design emphasizes fixed furniture such as wardrobes, TV units, and a modular kitchen, paired with selective semi-furnishing to create a space that is both practical and visually refined.
A neutral palette of beige, white, and warm wood tones brings lightness and openness, while soft textures and subtle finishes add warmth without overwhelming the compact layout. The spatial planning ensures efficiency: seamless flow in the living–dining space, built-in storage in bedrooms, and a clean, modular kitchen for convenience.
Client input played an important role in shaping the design direction, particularly in choosing materials and finishes that balanced durability with aesthetics.
